These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Dafabet ("we", "us", or "the Company") and the user ("you" or "Member"). By accessing Dafabet's website, mobile app, or any of our services, you are automatically deemed to have accepted these Terms.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Abuse: If bonus abuse is suspected, the relevant bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a special welcome bonus on their first deposit. To qualify, the bonus option must be activated during registration. The welcome bonus can only be claimed once.

Dafabet reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any promotion at any time. Any attempt to claim bonuses fraudulently will result in account termination and forfeiture of all winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Dafabet platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and/or legal action.

Dafabet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• Breach of Terms and Conditions
• Failure to pass KYC verification or provision of false information
• If suspicious financial activity is detected
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please ensure you withdraw any valid balance before your account is closed.

Dafabet will not be held responsible for the following.

• Betting losses due to internet disconnection
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors
• Account security compromised due to the user's own negligence
• Service disruptions due to government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances
• Temporary service interruption due to technical issues

Dafabet reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes, we will generally post a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been published will be taken as your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend visiting this page regularly to stay informed.

If any part of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court or regulatory authority, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full effect.

Dafabet's decision shall be final in all matters relating to the interpretation and application of these terms and conditions.
